We have the capability to support the following analysis and sorting applications:

• Sorting and analysis of live human HIV infected samples.
• Sorting and analysis of live human Stem Cell Lines (both Federally approved and not).
• Sorting under (relatively) sterile conditions with chilling provided for the sample and collected cells.
• Sorting (up to 10 colors) and analysis (currently up to 12 colors) of multicolor immunophenotyped samples.
• Sorting and analysis of CFP, GFP, YFP, mRFP, mTomato, and mCherry gene expression proteins.
• Calcium flux measurements using Indo-1.
• DNA analysis using standard dyes (Hoeschst, DAPI, PI, 7-AAD, etc.).
• Sorting stem cell side populations using Hoechst or DyeCycle Violet.
• Single cell sorting (cloning) into 96-well plates for culture and Ampligrid slides for single cell PCR.
• Sorting up to 4 populations at once into Eppendorf or 5 ml tubes.
• Analysis samples can be run directly from 96-well plates.
• Consulting on experimental design, and effective flow cytometry components for grants.
