In Collaboration with the National Student Leadership Conference (NSLC), the Gladstone Institutes is pleased to announce scholarships for local high school students wishing to participate in the NSLC Medicine and Health Care conference. The NSLC host three 10-day conferences over the summer, which help to encourage high school students to explore leadership qualities in the fields of medicine and healthcare. Gladstone will be hosting each NLSC group for a half-day program. The scholarships covers cost for housing in college dorms, meals and transportation to events during the 10-day program.
Criteria for selection:
The goal of this program is to provide scholarships and opportunities to underrepresented students.
- Sophomore or Junior at a local San Francisco public high school.
- Interest in fields of health, medicine and science
- At Least a "B" average or better GPA
- Strength of counselor/teacher recommendation
- Quality of interview, enthusiasm and maturity of candidate

- Candidates obtain a completed Teacher/Counselor Recommendation Form |
