The purpose of the Postdoctoral Fellow Leadership and Laboratory Management
Workshop Series is to support our postdocs early in their development
by providing them with lab leadership and management skills, which are
not formally taught during graduate school or postdoctoral study. The
goal of this series is to provide our fellows with the skills and tools
needed to be successful scientists.
The series is delivered in both a formal and informal setting, although
the majority of the workshops are presented at one of the two monthly
lunches the postdocs voluntarily attend.
