How much does it cost to analyze a data set?
- Although it depends on the data set, here are some general guidelines:
- miRNA or gene expression with a simple design (control vs. experimental group): ~ $600
- expression analysis with factorial design: ~ $1000
- The core will assess the difficulty of the analysis, discuss the expected products, and agree upon a fee with the PI before work begins.
