Agilent Oligo aCGH Arrays
This series of arrays covering human, mouse and rat provides arrays with differing densities of oligo coverage. The largest arrays have 244,000 probes covering the entire genome for each species. This series of arrays provide an economical way to do a lower density genome scan with options to use 244K, 105K or 44K oligo arrays. Smaller arrays are multiplexed on a single slide to provide nice economies of scale for the use (ie. 2 x 105K per slide or 4 x 44K per slide) by reducing processing costs. Comprehensive probe coverage spans both coding and noncoding regions, with emphasis on well-known genes, promoters, miRNAs, and telomeric regions using 60mers. For additional information see:
