Laboratory of Molecular Immunology
Research in the laboratory focuses on two major topics: (1) the molecular basis for the pathogenesis of HIV and human T-cell leukemia virus (HTLV-1) and (2) the action of the NF-kB/Rel family of transcription factors and their role as ’master regulators’ of the inflammatory and immune responses.
