The postdoctoral fellows are surveyed approximately every two years to
gauge the needs of the fellows. Their direct feedback helps direct our
efforts towards improving the postdoc experience at Gladstone.
Individual responses are kept confidential and only reviewed by the postdoctoral
fellows advisor. Results are tallied and summarized excluding any information
that may identify an individual. Results are presented to all the postdocs
at a general meeting, then shared with the President, Directors, Investigators
and Administrative Officers.
Below are the last three survey instruments used.
